Fresh water, wastewater, laundry, trash, fuel, and groceries tend to become urgent on different schedules. Stop treating them as isolated errands.
Start with the limiting tank
Learn which tank ends a stay first in your normal routine. That becomes the anchor for the next service day.
Build one service loop
Put the dump station, potable water, propane, fuel, trash, laundry, groceries, and package pickup on one map. Build a loop around opening times and vehicle access.
Verify water before relying on it
Confirm that the source is accessible and intended for potable use. Carry a backup and follow appropriate treatment and sanitation practices.
Reset before returning to camp
Finish with filled drinking containers, charged devices, cleared trash, needed supplies, and enough fuel for the next move.
